SHINE Request for Information (RFI)
DOEA has issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking information from all interested parties, private or public, who can provide support of the Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders (SHINE) Program within their service delivery area. SHINE provides free and unbiased Medicare and Medicaid counseling to eligible beneficiaries and their care givers.
