Florida Healthy Aging Needs Assessment Surveys

The Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), through a grant from AARP and in partnership with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs and the State's Affordable Housing funders, is conducting a needs assessment of both providers of supportive housing for the low-income aging population (50+) in Florida, and tenants aging in place in supportive housing. Supportive Housing is the combination of affordable housing with services that help vulnerable individuals and families live with stability, autonomy and dignity.

Part of this process is the distribution of two unique surveys that can easily be completed online (or printed if necessary) - one for providers and one for tenants. The results of these surveys will help us shape recommendations to improve the quality of life for low-income seniors and help ensure healthy aging in place in Florida.

Your assistance is valuable in helping to distribute these surveys and encourage providers and tenants to complete them.

Following are links to the surveys:

Tenant Survey (for low-income tenants aged 50+ living in Supportive Housing)

Thank you for helping us better understand the needs of tenants aging in place in Supportive Housing in Florida, helping to improve the quality of life of low-income seniors, and ensuring Florida is livable for people of all ages and abilities!
