Long-Term Care Waiver Enrollment
Management System
The Department of Elder Affairs is conducting three public meetings to discuss changes to the management of the waitlist for the Aged Disabled Adult and Assisted Living Waivers in addition to the development of a single, statewide Medicaid Long-Term Care Waiver program waitlist, to include provisions described in Chapter 409.979, F.S. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss potential strategies and implementation options for a statewide waitlist, gather input from stakeholders, and discuss policies to ensure that seniors will be able to transition seamlessly and safely.
