Channeling Waiver

Description:

The Channeling waiver program is a home and community-based services program that was implemented on July 1, 1985, and is operated through an annual contract with an organized health care delivery system in Dade and Broward Counties. Through contracts with the Department, the organization receives a per-diem payment to provide, manage and coordinate the enrollee’s long-term care service needs.
